Ordering goods could not be simpler; it can be done at either of our showrooms
or over the phone. If you are ordering over the phone you will need your
debit or credit card details ready for payment of the deposit. When placing
an order we will require your name, address and details of the goods you
would like to order. We will also require a contact number for delivery
and any special details including conservatory fitting dates.
PAYING
FOR GOODS
A deposit of approximately 25% will be required at the time of order,
payment is accepted by cash, cheque or debit card. We also accept payment
by a variety of credit cards. The remaining balance will be payable to
the driver at the time of delivery, the driver will only be able to accept
payment by cash or cheque. If you wish to pay the balance in advance or
by debit or credit card you should contact our Festival Park Showroom.(There may be a small charge for payments made by credit card)
DELIVERY
OF GOODS
Delivery will be approximately 4 to 6 weeks from the date of order. A
contact number will be taken at the time of order to enable staff to arrange
a convenient time and date for delivery once the goods are in stock. Local
delivery is free of charge. There may be a small charge for delivery of
goods outside our area.
