Health and safety management and awareness is increasingly becoming a key priority within the building industry. At Strata, we have had a rigid Health and Safety plan in place for many years. An essential part of this are the risk assessments and method statements that are produced for each and every contract regardless of the size or value. we take very serious our duty of care once we start a contract. As well as an installation that is fit for purpose, we ensure that it is completed in a safe and proper manner.

Strata are registered as an accredited company within the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) - having demonstrated compliance with, and sound management of, current basic health and safety legislation. Strata are also registered on the Constructionline register of approved contractors - having met pre-qualification requirements appropriate to public and private sector contract procurement.

Strata's familiarity and understanding of installing windows and doors in occupied buildings such as schools, offices and care homes, is second to none. Our management, survey, supervisors and installation team are highly experienced and competent in dealing with all Health and Safety issues that are specific and relevant to commercial installations. We have good working knowledge of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994, and our staff have received substantial training in many other areas of Health and Safety.
