Your home is unique and we treat every one as an individual.
His job is to take all the necessary site measurements and to check for any potential installation problems. He will advise you of any preparation work you may need to do before our installers arrive.
He will normally visit, by prior arrangement, 1 week to 10 days after your order is placed. When his site survey is complete he will go through all the order details and window layouts to be sure we have interpreted your requirements correctly.
At this point you can, of course, amend any of the order details with him and any price implications will be confirmed afterwards.
