His job is to take all the necessary site measurements and to check for any potential installation problems. He will advise you of any preparation work you may need to do before our installers arrive.

Order Processing

Behind the scenes at Strata we have a whole team of dedicated staff who’s job it is to process each and every order from the smallest of frames to the most complex, bespoke conservatory.


All Strata’s customers are asked to complete a self-reference installation report when their installation is complete. On average our overall service levels remain at very good or excellent, but the one area that consistently gets top marks is the installation itself.
